It has a thick white fur, no horns and is smaller than the more common cow-breeds but the milk of a mountain cow has a much higher percentage of protein and from 5 litres of milk from a mountain cow you can produce the same amount of cheese as from 10 litres from a \u201cregular\u201d cow.
