Frakten inom Sverige kostar 59 kr och paketet skickas med DHL Service Point till ditt närmaste utlämningsställe. Priset för frakt utrikes varierar beroende på vikt och land. Innan du slutför din beställning kommer du att kunna se den aktuella fraktkostnaden.

– När skickas min beställning?
Ditt paket skickas från oss så fort som möjligt beroende på mängden inkomna beställningar men senast inom 3-5 arbetsdagar.

Ditt paket levereras 1-3 dagar efter att det skickats från oss.

– Hur betalar jag min beställning?
Som privatperson betalar du din beställning med kortbetalning vid köptillfället. Kortbetalningen sker i samarbete med Nets Netaxept. Som företagskund har du möjlighet att välja att handla mot faktura mot en fakturaavgift på 29kr.
– Finns samma varor i webbshopen som i butiken?
Moderna Museets butik och webshop har samma grundutbud och samma lager. Allting som du hittar i webbshopen finns även i butiken där du också kan hitta lite fler varor. Vi uppdaterar webbshopen med nya varor löpande.
– Vad gäller vid ångrat köp?
Du har rätt att ångra ditt köp eller byta varor inom 14 dagar från leveransdagen. Kontakta alltid oss innan du återsänder dina varor. Köparen står själv för frakten och varan ska vara i säljbart skick.
– Kan jag ändra min beställning?
Hör av dig till oss via mail så fort som möjligt om du vill ändra något i din beställning. Om paketet inte redan är skickat försöker vi lösa ändringar.
– Hur gör jag för att annullera min beställning?
Du kan annullera din order så länge den inte skickats från oss. Skicka ett mail så fort du ångrar dig.
– Vad gör jag om mitt paket blivit skadat i frakten?
För att göra en reklamation av frakten behöver vi bilder skickade till vår mailadress på den skadade varan och det skadade paketet. Vi skickar nya varor till dig utan extra kostnad så fort vi godkänt fraktskadan.
– Varan jag vill beställa saknar knappen ”KÖP”, vad betyder det?
Saknar en vara knappen ”KÖP” har just den varan sålt slut. Troligtvis kommer varan snart in igen.

– What payment methods are accepted?
As a private customer you pay your order with MasterCard or VISA card when you place your order. Business customers who have applied for and got an account and login to place orders have also the possibility to pay through invoice.
– What is your refund and return policy?
You have the right to cancel your purchase or change products within 14 days from delivery date. Always contact us before you return your goods. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the products must be in salable condition.
– Can I change my order?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible if you want to change something in your order. If the package is not already sent we will try to solve your requests.

– My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
To make a complaint to the shipping company we need you to send pictures of the damaged package and the damaged products to our email address. We will send you new products without any extra cost as soon as we have approved the shipping damage.
– I received the wrong product, what do I do?
If you received the wrong product please contact us by email. We will send you a return shipping label and send you the right product when you have returned what you got wrong.

Prices
All prices in katarinahamilton webshop are in Swedish crowns SEK. In case of price changes the customer will receive the price given at the time the order was placed.
Order confirmation
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address listed on the order. The order number on this confirmation should be indicated in all correspondence with ARTEKIA • katarinahamilton regarding the order in question.
Delivery time
We ship orders on a continual basis and in normal circumstances your order will be shipped at the latest within 3-5 working days. ARTEKIA • katarinahamilton will not take responsibility for delays caused by the postal carriers.
Freight charges
You will be able to see the freight charges in your shopping cart at the time of check out before you confirm your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped. Observe that extra custom fees may apply outside the EU.
Unclaimed deliveries
We retain the right to charge a minimum of 200 SEK for packages not claimed by the customer and returned to us. The charge is to cover costs for return freight and handling.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your package. Sale priced merchandise excluded. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products in unopened and un-used condition. Please contact us before returning any products. Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all costs, regulations and arrangements. ARTEKIA & katarinahamilton will not refund customs or any other charges added by the country to which the order has been shipped.
